Best CS2 Skins Ever Released [Top 25]

AK-47 | Fire Serpent

First up is the beautifully designed Fire Serpent, one of the best skins for AK-47 ever. This one combines rich greens and blues to showcase a fearsome serpent, with a mouth placed right at the barrel of your gun. So if you want to wield the power of a fire breathing serpent on the battlefield, this skin is an ideal choice.

AWP | Dragon Lore

Dragon Lore is a design that gives you the ancient Chinese secrets in the palm of your hands. It looks like a rich tapestry complete with gold accents and a crimson dragon... ah, no wonder why it's one of the most expensive CS2 skins. So, if you want to give your loadout a little bit of oriental flair, then Dragon Lore is just the ticket!

AK-47 | Asiimov

Sleek, crisp, and clear-cut design. This describes Asiimov in a nutshell, I really don't need to add anything else. With a vibrant orange and white contrasting color palette, this weapon oozes class. Perfect for the clinical soldier. If you like the simple, yet effective design, then look no further than this beautifully crafted skin. You pair this one up with some expensive knife skins, and you're good to go, really.

AWP | Hyper Beast

What happens when you take a plain black sniper rifle and decorate it with a monster straight out of your most psychedelic fever dream? Well, Hyper Beast, of course.

I see it as one of the best AWP skins; come on, it combines vibrant neon colors with a black backdrop, plus a wicked design of a fearsome monster to create a design that is so universal for anyone.

M4A4 | Howl

It’s a wolf made up of pure hellfire. What more could you ask for in a badass design on one of the best M4A4 skins? This red and black color scheme along with very intentionally placed scarring and fading details come together fantastically. So if you want to be a lone wolf and break from the pack, you can do it with this beauty.

Karambit | Case Hardened

Okay, this will be the only knife skin on the list of best CS2 skins, but this Karambit just has to appear here, as this is easily the best knife skin in the game.

Karambit Case Hardened is just beautiful, look at that metallic finish, and the way it shimmers in light... this is also the most expensive knife skin in CS2, but well, no wonder why — this beauty is worth every penny spent.

AK-47 | Elite Build

Want to feel like a globally renowned soldier? Well, this skin allows you to feel like you’ve earned your stripes and then some. With a golden finish, stylish emblems, and a world map implemented in the design, players can’t help but feel this weapon is better than any old medal they could have been given.

So if you want to feel like the most elite soldier the world has to offer, the AK-47 Elite Build will go a long way to helping you achieve just that.

AK-47 | Neon Rider

Miami Vice meets Far Cry. Blood Dragon meets Tron... you get the idea.

This design is an eighties masterclass that you can’t help but love. With contrasting blue and pink tones. Plus a well-rendered design of a vapor wave riding motorcyclist. It’s got everything you need. So if you think disco ain’t dead and want to bring the eighties back with a vengeance, the Neon Rider is the one for you.

M4A1-S | Chanticos Fire

Getting its namesake from an Aztec goddess of pain and pleasure, this Aztec-themed skin will only bring pleasure to its beholder. Using a warm color palette, this skin captures the Aztec art style perfectly. Chantico was said to bring wealth and stability to her worshippers, so maybe with some extended use of this skin, you’ll see a change in fortunes for the better

AWP | Medusa

From one goddess to another. Medusa, the woman with hair of snakes and a stare that turns man to stone, is the inspiration for this piece. Dark blue and green overtones captured through serpents in the dark of night makes for a truly excellent skin. So if you want to take a note from Medusa’s book and kill enemies stone dead, then this skin is essential for your collection.

M4A1-S | Icarus Fell

From one mythical story to another, Icarus' story of flying too close to the sun is told through this design. Though instead of using more predictable warm tones, this design uses cold tones and works all the better for it. Plus, the sun design is made up of feathers from Icarus' back. It’s a design with layers in subtle imagery and stylish design. It’s a brilliant piece for your collection.

Desert Eagle | Crimson Web

This skin is simple in its concept, yet in practice offers a slick and spooky feel. With a blood-red backdrop, this skin's primary feature is a spider’s web that covers the whole body of the weapon. This skin is perfect for Halloween, or any occasion for that matter. When it looks this good, there’s no need to wait for an excuse to break it out.

Five-Seven | Hyper Beast

Hyper Beast makes it in the list again, this time in pistol form. Despite less surface area to cover, arguably this skin does more with less space. The neon monster looks absolutely vile. Like a Bloodborne boss if they put on some glow paint and went clubbing. If that sounds like your cup of tea, then you better pick up this one on the market.

M4A4 | Desolate Space

Space is often touted as the final frontier. A place of infinite discovery and wonder. Though, this skin turns that notion on its head, with great results. The contrast of the monochrome colors of the skeletal astronaut with neon blues and purples culminate to give a great final product. Like, it's just great, it had to make the list.

Glock-18 | Water Elemental

Now for something a bit more whimsical. The Water Elemental skin has the design somewhat similar to a kid’s water pistol, offering a fun style to an otherwise militant loadout.

This gun has a crisp red background with a cartoonish water design with an amateur graffiti aesthetic. Although it sounds unappealing, it actually has a lot of charm. Pick this one up for a more silly side to your arsenal, especially if you have some expensive stickers.

AWP | Asiimov

Here is another rendition of the classy Asiimov skin, this time in sniper rifle form. This retains the previous design's clean and crisp decals and sharp lines. So if you like a professional look and want to bring that out in all your weapon classes, then Asiimov is a prime example of just that.

P250 | See Ya Later

A play on the classic phrase ‘see ya later', this pistol skin is an excellently designed and equally humorous piece. It features some rich cell-shaded colors, alligator teeth around the barrel of the gun, all the while still maintaining a mechanical feel. This skin wouldn’t be out of place in the Borderlands universe, so if you're a fan of that franchise, or simply the design, pick this one up.

Tec-9 | Decimator

This skin takes notes from the above-listed Neon Rider while refining the design with a more geometric approach. Offering a more sophisticated and polished vibe. Pink and blue colors contrast beautifully, combined with the subtle emblem and decals come together to be a vaporwave design fit for anyone’s collection.

USP-S | Kill Confirmed

Next up is Kill Confirmed, a skin with a comic art style. This oozes detail with rich, warm overtones, red to black fading effects, and a wonderfully imagined skull design complete with bullets for teeth. This is an ideal skin for a skilled assassin, expressing your lust for headshots, even through your equipment. So yeah, grab this one and get some confirmed kills of your own!

Mac-10 | Neon Rider

Another entry for the Neon Rider, though this variant feels tangibly different from the AK. This skin maintains the neon blue and pink overtones, though it includes an intimidating skull design. This, along with subtle decals and design aspects, make it feel like a 80s arcade peripheral. If that sounds like your vibe — be sure to have this one in your loadout!

MP7 | Bloodsport

This skin is one of the busiest listed here. Though this isn’t to its detriment. The abundance of decals and print on the body of the weapon makes the gun feel like a Nascar, complete with a number. It’s strange that so much text doesn’t seem obnoxious, but it really is a credit to the skin's careful design. So if you want to race ahead of the competition, this skin is a perfect fit.

PP-Bizon | Judgement of Anubis

This ancient Egyptian theme is dark and sinister, all the while staying true to the subject, complete with a well-rendered sarcophagus. Black and gold with red accents only further the ancient Egyptian theme. It's an authentic and detailed skin that any player should really consider for their loadout.

AK-47 | Redline

This skin is a fantastically stylish piece that will help you live out your contract killer fantasies. This weapon's blackout style with blood-red accents wouldn’t seem out of place in the hands of Agent 47. So if you like a subtle and slick style with just a hint of color, Redline will always be the ideal choice.

P90 | Asiimov

A third entry for the Asiimov style, this time in submachine gun form. As mentioned, clear-cut, crisp finish, fitting decals. Plus, a design that would be fitting of a government-sanctioned SWAT team sent into the city to stop a crisis. If you liked the previous Asiimov skins, then why not complete the set with this stunning rendition, especially since this is probably the best P90 skin there is?

UMP-45 | Primal Saber

Then lastly on the list, we have Primal Saber. This skin starts on a black backdrop and uses teal decals and a wonderfully rendered prehistoric skull with a dangerously sharp set of fangs. This skin is an excellent trip back to the land before time. So yeah, pick this one up as soon as you can!
